HBX Group, a leading TravelTech B2B ecosystem, is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities for executive, board and investor discussions. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to develop multi-year plans and translate market insights into actionable growth opportunities.

The role is remote within Spain with a hybrid option from Mallorca, enabling flexible collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis and P&L modeling.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influential operator able to manage multiple priorities across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning with multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Build a robust strategic fact base from market trends, performance data, risks and opportunities.
• Co-define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization.
• Establish a clear strategy planning framework with cross-functional alignment across Finance, Commercial Strategy, and Planning.
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence and develop ecosystem market models to size growth opportunities.
• Lead primary research with clients, suppliers, external experts, and internal stakeholders.
• Produce competitive landscape analyses to inform actions and strategy.
• Deliver regular market updates to senior management and Board.
• Identify and assess new business and diversification opportunities.
