HBX Group in Spain is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the Group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to influence executive-level decisions. This high-impact role requires deep market knowledge and a proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

The position is remote within Spain, with a hybrid option from Mallorca for those planning or willing to relocate.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles within international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leading high-visibility initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market/competitive analysis and P&L modeling.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior/executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategy definition and multi-year planning with the Head of Corporate Strategy.
• Build robust strategic baselines through market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance analysis.
• Co-define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a cross-functional strategy planning framework with Finance, Commercial Strategy, and Planning & Performance.
• Develop market models and conduct primary research with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver regular market updates to senior management and the Board.
• Identify and assess new business and diversification opportunities and monitor industry shifts.
