HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership. You will develop materials that influence executive decisions with rigorous analysis and executive-level presentation skills.

Based in remote Spain with a possible hybrid option from Mallorca, this high-impact role focuses on defining long-term vision, strategic pillars, and growth opportunities in a fast-moving TravelTech

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities in fast-moving environments.
• Analytical rigor with market and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategy definition and multi-year planning (3YP) with senior leadership.
• Build strategic models and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead market & competitive analyses to guide commercial actions.
