HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leaders, turning data into executive-ready materials that influence decisions at the board level.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, market insights, and growth exploration in a complex, fast-moving travel tech landscape. Remote within Spain with a hybrid option from Mallorca is available.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong leadership and problem solving in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent analytical rigor with market, financial, and performance analysis.
• Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning with senior leadership.
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence to size opportunities and monitor trends.
• Identify and assess new growth opportunities and business models.
• Deliver regular strategic updates to senior management and Board.
