Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering high-quality service to our international clients.

The role requires native Spanish and strong English, with a willingness to relocate to Bulgaria. We offer fully paid training, health insurance, a relocation package, and a monthly performance bonus in a modern office environment.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Strong proficiency in English for multicultural communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for on-site role.
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
• EU passport is mandatory to facilitate relocation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries with first-contact resolution when possible.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Act as brand ambassador for international clients.
