Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients across multiple channels in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements include native/fluent Spanish, strong English, CS experience, and EU work eligibility. We offer fully paid training, relocation assistance, and a generous monthly salary with performance bonuses in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English for an international environment.
• Experience in Customer Support Services or fast-paced BPO preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Valid EU passport or work eligibility in Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients across multiple channels.
• Resolve inquiries and technical challenges while maintaining high service standards.
• Build positive relationships with international customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the internal database.
