Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our client-facing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will manage B2B relationships, resolve complex queries, and collaborate with international colleagues to deliver scalable business solutions.

The role requires native Spanish, strong English, and proven B2B or technical support experience within customer support services. A relocation package and fully paid training support your move to Bulgaria.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to operate within our international environment.
• Proven experience in a B2B, sales, or technical support role within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this relocation opportunity).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and exceptional communication skills.
• Readiness to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Manage B2B client relationships by providing expert guidance and high-level support within the Customer Support Services sector.
