Cross Border Talents is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join the team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with a focus on delivering a seamless experience.

Fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1) are required. The role offers a 12-month contract, 40 hours per week, 8-hour rotating shifts, flight reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2)
• English communication (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology
• Customer-focused and professional attitude

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscriptions, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
