Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Basque to join an international team supporting a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first contact for customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with warmth and professionalism.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule Mon-Sun.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
