Cross Border Talents is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical questions with a friendly, professional approach.

Fluent Spanish and Basque at C1/C2, plus good English (B1), are essential. You’ll work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, with flight reimbursement, health insurance and language classes provided.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Basque at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused, professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
