Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

The role requires fluency in Spanish & Basque and good English, with a rotating schedule and 40 hours per week. The position is a 12-month initial contract, with potential for renewal, and includes flight ticket

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and Basque (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
