Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Basque to join an international team supporting a leading global streaming platform. You will handle account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with empathy.

Fluent Spanish & Basque at C1/C2 and English at B1 required; 8-hour rotating shifts, full-time 40 hours per week, 12-month contract.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level)
• Good English communication (B1 level)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
