Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading global streaming platform from Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1). A 12-month contract with 40-hour weeks and 8-hour rotating shifts is offered, plus health insurance and accommodation options.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and Basque at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication skills at B1.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist with account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear solutions.
• Handle concerns professionally with empathy.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams.
