Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading global streaming platform from Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first contact for customers, handling account, subscription, billing and technical queries with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1). Rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, 12-month initial contract, with flight reimbursement and health insurance offered.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Basque at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication skills at B1 level.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels in Spanish and Basque.
• Assist customers with account, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex issues.
