Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join the international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

The role requires fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1). It offers a 12-month contract, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts, flight reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Basque required (C1/C2).
• English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with accounts, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Ensure every interaction delivers high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed.
