Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join an international team on a 12-month initial contract. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) with 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, delivering exceptional support for a leading global streaming platform.

Fluency in Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1) are required, with eligibility to work in Portugal.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and technology.
• Willing to work a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
