Cross Border Talents is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first contact for Spanish & Basque speaking customers on a rotating schedule, handling questions about accounts, subscriptions, and payments with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires fluency in Spanish & Basque and good English skills; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscriptions, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Deliver high-quality interactions and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
