Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Spanish and Basque to join our international team. You will assist with account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, delivering friendly and professional service.

This 12‑month contract is full‑time (40 hours/week) with 8‑hour shifts on a rotating schedule, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused, professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
