Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Care Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Basque speaking customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1), with a 40-hour work week on a rotating schedule.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology
• Positive, customer-focused and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
