Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Basque, good English skills, and a customer-focused mindset. A 12-month contract with full-time hours supports a rotating schedule, with flight reimbursement and comprehensive health

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused, professional attitude.
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require escalation.
