Tavrion Dynamics is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our international team in Lisbon, supporting a leading global streaming platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

You should be fluent in Spanish and Basque at C1/C2 level, have good English (B1), and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced digital environment.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Basque at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication at B1.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Ensure interactions deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
