Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Spanish and Basque to support a leading global streaming platform. You will handle account inquiries, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues while delivering friendly, professional service.

This role requires working full-time with 8-hour rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, and includes flight reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese classes.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque at C1/C2 level.
• Good English skills (B1).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
