Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Spanish and Basque to support a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account, subscription, payments, and technical questions with empathy and clarity.

This full-time role offers a 12-month contract, 40-hour weeks on rotating shifts, flight reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese classes as part of a diverse, international team.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish & Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology
• Positive, customer-focused, professional attitude
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require additional assistance
