Tavrion Dynamics is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll be the first point of contact for Spanish and Basque speakers, assisting with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role is a 12-month contract, full-time, with rotating 8-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday. We offer health insurance, flight reimbursement, and free Portuguese language classes to help you settle in

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist customers with accounts, subscriptions, billing and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed.
