Tavrion Dynamics is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support a leading streaming platform from Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle Spanish and Basque inquiries, assist with accounts and billing, and troubleshoot technical issues while delivering great service.

This full-time role offers a 12-month contract with a rotating schedule, 40 hours per week, and benefits including health insurance, flight reimbursement, and company accommodation options.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
