Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Spanish and Basque to support a global streaming platform’s customers. You will resolve account, subscription, billing, and technical queries across phone, email, and digital channels.

English at B1 level is required, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication. The role offers a 12-month contract, full-time hours, and a housing option with additional health protections.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscriptions, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
