Envipco in Madrid seeks an experienced B2B commercial leader (10+ years) to drive sustainable growth in Spain. The role combines market insight, sales strategy, and relationship-building with customers and a multinational organization.

The chosen candidate will collaborate with the EU Business Development Director Spain, work across production facilities in the USA, Germany, Romania, Greece, and HQ in The Netherlands, and travel within Spain and Europe as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in (international) B2B commercial roles, preferably FMCG retail environment
• Experience building and executing customer-specific sales strategies
• Ability to interface with customers, production facilities, and HQ to deliver growth

Responsabilidades

• Build out sustainable business in Spain
• Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies together with BD Director
• Develop account plans and lead tender bids
• Build up and maintain network with FMCG Retailers
• Conduct deep market research to understand competitive landscapes and key business drivers
• Act as the interface between customers and the Envipco European organization, including production facilities and HQ
• Demonstrate results based on KPIs and sales targets, both strategic and operational
