Page Executive is seeking an entrepreneurial, senior commercial leader to own the Spain market strategy within the premium skincare dermo-cosmetics sector. You will drive growth, forge distribution partnerships, and lead a national key account with full P&L accountability.

Fluent Spanish and strong English are required, with a proven track record in ecommerce or brick-and-mroker pharmacy channels and a hands-on, autonomous work style. Location: Spain.

Qualificações

• Strong commercial experience in the Spanish pharmacy market, ideally within dermo-cosmetics, therapeutic skincare, or OTC categories.
• Proven track record in sales strategy development and key account management.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with proactive execution.
• Experience working with distributors or outsourced sales teams.
• Fluent Spanish and good command of English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the pharmacy channel in Spain.
• Build the business in collaboration with strategic distribution and outsourced sales partners.
• Manage and grow an established national key account within the premium pharmacy channel.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out and KPIs, translating data into growth opportunities.
• Act as the lead commercial representative for Spain with P&L responsibility.
• Recruit and lead a local commercial team as the business expands.
