JD Logistics in Madrid seeks an agile frontline operations supervisor to lead daily sorting floor activities, manage unloading, induction, and belt monitoring, ensuring on-time staging for outbound transport. You will oversee a dedicated processing zone, monitor throughput, address deviations, and enforce safety around moving conveyors while coordinating with transport dispatchers to meet strict cut-off times.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

Verified background as a team leader, line coordinator, or senior supervisor in a high-volume parcel sortation center or cross-dock hub.
Experience leading fast-paced industrial teams (30+ workers) and familiarity with WMS/WCS and RF scanning.
Fluent English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus; willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

Lead daily sorting floor shift operations (unload scanning, induction, belt monitoring, cage consolidation) to ensure on-time outbound staging with zero delay.
Own, on-the-floor responsibility for a dedicated line or zone; monitor hourly throughput and manage deviations.
Coordinate with transport dispatchers to ensure packages are containerized, manifested, and loaded before vehicle cut-offs; enforce safety around conveyors.
