JD Logistics in Madrid is seeking an agile frontline operations supervisor to lead daily sorting floor shifts, oversee unloading, induction, and belt monitoring, and ensure on-time staging for outbound transport. The role demands hands-on leadership of a busy team in a cross-dock environment.

The ideal candidate will manage 30+ operators, drive throughput, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with transport dispatchers. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Greenfield launch leadership in a high-volume parcel sortation or cross-dock hub.
• Frontline floor management of large operator teams in a busy logistics environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts to maintain sorting network alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily sorting floor shift operations (unload, induction, belt monitoring, cage consolidation) to ensure on-time outbound staging.
• Track hourly throughput, manage deviations, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Supervise 30+ operators, coordinate with transport dispatchers, and ensure compliance with local labor agreements.
• Maintain productivity and morale while operating in a fast-paced cross-dock setting.
