JD Logistics is launching a greenfield outbound operations lead in Spain, overseeing large teams of picking and packing operators in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center. You will drive real-time productivity, safety, and process discipline while translating global capabilities into local execution.

The role requires frontline leadership, hands-on floor management, and fluent English and Spanish communication to align with international management and local staff.

Formación

• Proven leadership of large frontline teams in high-volume fulfillment centers.
• Experience with warehouse systems and real-time coaching.
• Fluent English and Spanish for international coordination and local staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound shift operations (picking, packing, staging) and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor hourly throughput, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach floor staff and manage shift handovers with safety as a priority.
• Ensure compliance with local labor agreements and regulations.
