JD Logistics is seeking a frontline operations supervisor to lead sorting floor activities in a fast-paced cross-dock environment in Vigo, Spain. You will oversee unload, induction, belt monitoring, and cage consolidation to ensure packages are sorted by postal code and staged for outbound transport.

You will manage hourly throughput, drive safety, and coordinate with transport dispatch to meet strict cut-offs while maintaining morale and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience leading large teams (30+ workers) in high-volume parcel sortation.
• Proven familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning.
• Strong cross-dock and belt-line coordination abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily sorting floor shift operations (unload, induction, belt monitoring) to ensure on-time outbound staging.
• Monitor hourly throughput and manage sorting deviations to minimize mis-sorts.
• Oversee floor staffing, safety, handovers, and alignment with dispatch cut-offs.
