JD Logistics is building a core Spanish operation with an agile frontline leader to oversee sorting floor shifts. You will directly supervise a line of sorting operators, monitor hourly throughput, and ensure zero-delay staging for outbound transport.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, experience with WMS/WCS and RF scanning, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast-paced cross-dock environment.

Formación

• Verified leadership in high-volume parcel sortation centers or cross-dock hubs.
• Experience leading 30+ industrial operators in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including early mornings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily sorting floor shift operations (unload scanning, induction, belt monitoring) to ensure on-time outbound transport.
• Manage sorting deviations, maintain throughput, and enforce safety on moving conveyors.
• Coordinate with transport dispatchers to ensure containerization and loading before cut-offs.
• Oversee floor staffing and handovers, ensuring high morale and compliance with local protocols.
