JD Logistics is expanding its core operations into Spain, seeking a frontline operational leader to manage sorting floor shift activities. You will oversee unloading, induction, and automated belt monitoring to ensure packages are sorted by postal code and staged for outbound transport with minimal delay.

Ideal candidates will have greenfield launch experience, 30+ worker leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Mandarin as a bonus.

Formación

• Greenfield Launch Expertise: lead a team in a high-volume parcel sortation/launch context.
• Frontline Floor Mastery: manage 30+ operators; familiar with automated sorting lines and RF systems.
• English and Spanish fluency mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily sorting floor shift operations (unload scanning, induction, belt monitoring) to ensure on-time outbound staging.
• Track hourly throughput and address deviations to prevent bottlenecks and mis-sort.
• Oversee operator placement, attendance, handovers, and safety around moving conveyors.
