JD Logistics in Madrid is seeking an organized frontline operations supervisor to lead the returns processing zone, manage teams of returns processing operators, and ensure rapid processing of returned inventory with maximum value recovery.

You will track hourly throughput, enforce strict product-grading criteria, maintain a clean, structured floor, and ensure compliance with local logistics regulations and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience leading large teams in high-volume reverse logistics.
• Proven track record with WMS and RF scanners.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily reverse shift operations including returns intake and inspection.
• Enforce grading criteria and maximize value recovery.
• Direct frontline staff and monitor hourly throughput.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and safety regulations.
