JD Logistics is launching its small-goods fulfillment operations in Madrid, Spain, and is seeking an energetic, frontline operations supervisor to lead the outbound shift on the warehouse floor. You will directly oversee 50+ picking and packing operators, monitor hourly throughput, coach staff in real-time, and ensure safety standards while meeting tight courier cut-off windows.

• Experience leading large teams in high-volume fulfillment.
• Proficient with WMS, RF scanning, pick-to-light/put-to-wall.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound shift operations to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Monitor hourly throughput and resolve bottlenecks.
• Enforce safety standards and QA during high-volume periods.
