JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is expanding its core infrastructure in Spain and launching small-goods fulfillment operations in Madrid. The role leads inbound shift operations, coordinates dock receiving, and ensures rapid inventory availability for customer orders.

You will manage a large frontline team, drive real-time accuracy, and uphold safety standards during inbound windows. The ideal candidate has proven frontline leadership in high-volume centers, expertise with WMS, RF

Formación

Experience leading large frontline teams in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PLs.
Proven ability to manage inbound dock operations, receiving, and stowing with accuracy.
Strong familiarity with inventory control processes and safety standards on the warehouse floor.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead daily inbound shift operations ( unloading, inspection, scanning, high-velocity stowing) on the dock receiving area.
Direct frontline staff (30+ operators) and manage shift handovers while ensuring safety and morale.
Track hourly dock-to-stock metrics and resolve bottlenecks to ensure inventory is available for orders.
Ensure compliance with local collective labor agreements and internal SOPs.
