JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure in Spain and launching small-goods fulfillment. We seek an energetic frontline operations supervisor to lead the outbound floor, directing picking, packing, wall-sorting, and staging with speed and accuracy.

You will manage 50+ blue-collar operators, push hourly throughput, coach safety, and ensure compliance with the local labor framework. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Verified background as a team leader in high-volume fulfillment
• Experience leading 50+ blue-collar workers on a floor
• Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory; Mandarin a plus
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning equipment
• Willingness to work varied shifts for 24/7 launch

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily outbound shift operations (picking, packing, wall-sorting, staging)
• Monitor hourly throughput and resolve bottlenecks
• Oversee real-time operator allocation and shift handovers
• Ensure adherence to Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid
