JD Logistics is launching its small-goods fulfillment in Spain. You will lead daily inbound shift operations on the dock and stowing areas, ensuring inventory is captured and ready for orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.

The role requires frontline leadership of large teams, strong WMS and RF scanning skills, and fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with international management and floor staff.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large frontline teams in high-volume fulfillment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inbound receiving dock and stowing operations on a 24/7 launch.
• Manage 30+ operators, optimize dock-to-stock cycle times.
• Ensure safety standards and operational accuracy during shifts.
• Collaborate with inventory control to meet space and picking targets.
