JD Logistics is establishing its core floor operations in Madrid. You will lead a high-velocity sorting line, drive throughput, and enforce quality while maintaining safety and staff morale on the floor.

In this role you will align with local processes, leverage WMS/WCS systems, and coordinate closely with transport teams to meet tight cut-offs for outbound shipments in a dynamic greenfield deployment.

Formación

• Experience leading high-volume parcel sortation, line coordination, or peak launches.
• Strong familiarity with warehouse systems and RF scanning.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead floor team and coordinate shift operations for sorting and loading.
• Monitor hourly throughput and ensure zero delays and minimal mis-sorts.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance with Madrid logistics regulations.
• Coordinate with transport dispatchers to meet outbound deadlines.
