JD Logistics is expanding its core operations in Madrid, leading frontline sorting teams to optimize throughput and zero-delay staging for outbound transport. The role focuses on managing a high-velocity floor, enforcing safety, and aligning with dispatch cut-offs in a greenfield launch.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership of large teams in cross-dock or parcel sortation settings, strong WMS/WCS familiarity, and fluency in English and Spanish (Mandarin a plus).

Formación

• Must have been a team leader, line coordinator, or senior supervisor on a high-volume parcel sortation center or cross-dock hub.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WCS) and automated sorting conveyors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily sorting floor shift operations to ensure packages are sorted by postal code and staged for outbound transport.
• Manage a dedicated sorting line or processing zone and monitor hourly throughput.
• Oversee operator placement, attendance, and shift handovers with strong safety focus.
• Coordinate with transport dispatchers to ensure timely containerization and loading onto outbound trailers.
