JD Logistics is launching small-goods fulfillment operations in Spain and Valencia. You will lead inbound shift activities on the warehouse floor, drive rapid dock-to-stock execution, and oversee teams of receiving and stowing operators to ensure inventory is captured for customer orders.

The role requires hands-on leadership of 30+ operators, strong WMS proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish, with flexibility for early mornings, nights, and weekends to sustain a 24/7 launch.

Formación

• Experience leading large teams in high-volume e-commerce or 3PL facilities.
• Deep familiarity with dock operations, inbound receiving, and stowing processes.
• Strong command of English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily inbound shift operations: dock unloading, inspection, scanning, and high-velocity stowing.
• Manage floor staffing across receiving bays and storage aisles; monitor attendance and handovers.
• Ensure safety compliance and real-time inventory accuracy during 24/7 launch cycle.
