JD Logistics is expanding its small-goods fulfillment operations in Spain. The role focuses on leading inbound shift operations—dock unloading, quality inspection, scanning, and rapid stowing—to ensure inventory is available for customer orders immediately.

You will manage floor teams, monitor dock-to-stock metrics, and drive safety and compliance during inbound shifts in a high-velocity environment.

Formación

• Greenfield launch experience in high-volume e-commerce or logistics.
• Experience leading large blue-collar teams and using WMS.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound receiving dock and stowing operations on the floor.
• Track hourly dock-to-stock metrics and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure operational compliance.
• Oversee shift handovers and real-time staff allocation.
