JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is launching its outbound operations in Spain with a greenfield deployment. We seek an energetic frontline supervisor to manage large teams of picking and packing operators on the warehouse floor, drive real-time productivity, and uphold strict safety standards during high-volume shift windows.

You will own the outbound zone, monitor hourly throughput, coach the floor, ensure compliance with local labor agreements, and coordinate with cross-functional

Formación

• Greenfield Launch Expertise: proven background leading teams in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL during site launch or peak season.
• Frontline floor mastery: experience leading 50+ operators with WMS, pick-to-light/put-to-wall, RF scanning.
• Language proficiency: English and Spanish required; Mandarin helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound shift operations (picking, packing, wall-sorting, staging) to ensure fast, accurate order readiness for courier injection.
• Track hourly throughput and resolve bottlenecks, coaching floor teams for safety and quality.
• Oversee labor allocation, attendance, and shift handovers; ensure compliance with local labor agreements.
