Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Slovenian Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our international Customer Support Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role requires native Slovenian and strong English, with on-site relocation provided by the company.

You will be the main contact for Slovenian-speaking clients, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions while achieving KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Ability to relocate on-site to Sofia, Bulgaria for this opportunity.
• Experience in client-facing roles or tech support is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for Slovenian-speaking clients, providing high-quality support and resolution.
• Navigate complex customer inquiries with professional communication throughout the service lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and provide effective end-user solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Represent the client brand with excellence and foster loyalty through empathetic service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes to ensure accurate information.
