Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Russian Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join its Sofia team. You will serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring top-tier service within Europe.

The role requires native or fluent Russian and strong English, with on-site work in Bulgaria. Eligible candidates must hold an EU passport and have prior customer-support or client-facing experience.

Formación

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written)
• Professional English proficiency for international collaboration
• Previous experience in customer support or similar client-facing roles
• EU passport mandatory for onboarding in Bulgaria
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for Russian-speaking clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Maintain detailed client documentation for accurate reporting and service excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services for the Russian-speaking jobs portfolio in Bulgaria.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Contribute to a high-performance culture by sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
