Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech-speaking Support Specialist to join its Bulgaria team in Sofia. You will be the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking clients, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires relocation and offers a competitive salary, relocation support, and a signing bonus. Ideal candidates will have native Czech language skills, experience in customer support, and excellent communication with problem-solving

Formación

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in Customer Support Services.

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Strong digital literacy with multiple support platforms.
