Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a prominent organization in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on high-level Czech-language support and consultancy for complex technical inquiries within the Customer Support Services sector.

Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) required.
EU passport valid for eligibility in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

Provide high-level support and consultancy to customers in Czech to resolve complex inquiries.
Act as brand ambassador, ensuring excellence in customer interactions.
Analyze customer requirements to offer effective solutions that improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Document all communications and resolutions in the internal database.
Collaborate with international teams to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues requiring deeper technical intervention.
Meet and exceed performance indicators for the Customer Support Services team.
