Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Finnish Speaking Solutions Consultant to join their Sofia-based team. The role centers on delivering expert support to Finnish-speaking clients within a fast-paced Customer Support environment.

Fluency in Finnish and strong English communication are mandatory. Prior customer support experience is advantageous, and candidates must be eligible to work in Bulgaria and willing to relocate.

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is strictly required.
• Professional proficiency in English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly advantageous.
• Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization for Bulgaria.
• Readiness to relocate to Sofia for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for Finnish-speaking clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
