Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring an Estonian Speaking Solutions Consultant to join the Sofia team in Bulgaria. You will act as the main contact for Estonian-speaking clients, handling inquiries and technical issues with a solutions-oriented approach.

The role requires native Estonian, English proficiency, and a willingness to relocate. The company offers a fully paid relocation package, training, health insurance, and a signing bonus. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

Formación

• Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a professional customer-facing or support environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting.
